I ordered an armour lid tonneau
cover from you- It was shipped quickly-
the packaging was completely torn
apart in transit but the lid was
in good condition except for a small
scratch on the inside of the lid,
so I accepted the delivery.
A couple small parts where also
missing but I contacted armor directly
and they shipped me the ring clips
without a problem.
I called you guys after my lid was
delivered ,about the free items
(cargo bar/tailgate seal) your representitive
was friendly and knowlegable, explained
the item was in the process of shipping,
followed up with an email providing
tracking info and I received it
today. My experience with your company
was a very positive one and I would
not hesitate to use your services
again and to recommend you to others.

bars on a Tuesday afternoon and when
I returned home from work on Thursday
afternoon at 3;30 in the afternoon
they were on my front porch. I was
amazed at the speed of delivery. I

later that my boss had new bars on

the cover this afternoon. What a surprise!
I wasn't expecting it until next Tuesday.
Although the carton look like it went
through a war the cover and contents
where in great shape. The styrofoam
and bubble wrap seem to protect it
well or we just got lucky. The installation
went great! I only had to make one
little 1/4" adjustment after
the first try. It look great as well!
Easy to handle and I like the access.
Oh, my wife likes the little lights.

caused by packing one board on top
of the other with one board with the
aluminum face down on the other board

My experience with Mechanics Warehouse
has been more than I expected. I received
the Trifecta bed cover for my Ridgeline
within a few days of placing my order.
We did have some initial problems
with entering the order as there was
an additional free item listed as
a result of the way the order was
placed. After it was researched an
an explanation was provided, we finished
the order correctly and it was placed
to ship. I received the cover in excellent
shape and already assembled as indicated
with all the instructions and hardware
in the box. The installation was simple
and was accomplished in about an hour
putting on the side rails and then
finishing with the top installing
it per the instructions. The free
items were received a day or two later
and an exchange of one of the items
was handled without any problems.
I was thoroughly pleased with the
total experience and would not hesitate
to buy from Mechanics Warehouse again.
Your customer service rep was very
helpfull in making sure the order
was placed correctly and worked with
me on any issue thatwe were involved
with. I am very happy with the quality
and operation of the Trifecta cover
and have not hesitated to recommend
Mechanics Warehouse and the Trifecta
